Our Anytime Whisky journey starts with the basics: grains! We use plump barley (sometimes other grains too) grown under the warm Indian sun. But these grains need a little prep work before they become superstars.
Waking Up the Flavor!
We soak the grains in cool water, helping them sprout a bit, like tiny plants waking up. This unlocks hidden sugars inside the grain, making them superstars in the flavor department! We then dry them carefully to stop the sprouting at the right time.
